What is SoreMouth Tackle?
SoreMouth Tackle is a business owned by Aaron Hochstedler (below) that offers fishing and hunting products through outdoor shows and by word of mouth.
SoreMouth Tackle is a licensed merchant that works closely with 3 separate distributors to insure availability and unbeatable pricing.
Why SoreMouth?
To save money!
All products sold by SoreMouth Tackle cost, on average, 10% less than you pay at the store. Furthermore, many products today have their prices locked in at the store. This leaves the store no room to negotiate or lower costs. But without published prices, SoreMouth can offer special rates that cannot be advertised.

What You Can Order:
There are very few fishing products on the market today that SoreMouth cannot obtain at a lower price. The exception may be small, independently owned businesses.
Beyond fishing tackle, SoreMouth also offers marine electronics and hunting supplies. Fishfinders, GPS units, and trolling motors can be purchased considerably cheaper than from a store.
With the exception of guns and ammunition, hunting supplies may also be purchased. Perhaps you are in the need of a new scope this season?
How to Order:
Savings are ultimately determined by the individual company's mark up.
For Example: If a soft stickbait sells for $7.99 in the store, but is purchased by the distributor for only $4.00, then there is more opportunity to save as opposed to a similar product that is only marked up to $5.99.
SoreMouth Tackle prices are dependent on the prices charged by the distributor, which is always cheaper than you find at the store.
Sales Tax is charged on all purchases made in the state of Indiana. Out of state orders are free of tax.
Shipping Costs apply, but may be avoided if arrangements are made to meet Hochstedler for pick up. He is an R & B competitor and will deliver to tournaments.
Costs:

It is that simple!
Delivery:
Andy Buss (right) caught this 4.75# largemouth on a Shimano Curado reel purchased from SoreMouth Tackle in February. "I purchased 2 Shimano Saros and the Curado and saved nearly $50 if I'd had purchased from Bass Pro Shops."
Normal delivery takes 2-3 business days once an order has been made. Hochstedler locates the products through his distributors and has them shipped immediately.
If the product is out of stock, it will be back ordered. However, with 3 distributors, products are rarely out of stock.
Who is Aaron Hochstedler?
Aaron Hochstedler is a 40 year-old tournament angler from the Kokomo, IN area. He is a married, proud father of a son and daughter.
Hochstedler has been fishing since his father first took him at the age of 4. He first began tournament fishing when he was just 8 years old. He recalls, "By the time I was 8, my dad made sure I could use a baitcaster." The father-son team competed in the Wednesday night tournaments held on the Kokomo Reservoir. Aaron has weighed in the biggest fish to ever come from that body of water for that series, a 7# 2 ounce pig.
Fishing has led him to most corners of the US east of the Mississippi River. In 2010, he partnered up with Bobby Nelson to be the first Points Champions in the R & B Bass Circuit.
R & B Bass Circuit competitor, John Pridemore, has been using SoreMouth Tackle through the 2010 season to cut his fishing costs. This has made some long road trips to tournaments easier on the pocketbook.
R & B Bass Circuit competitor, Bobby Nelson, (right) teamed up with Hochstedler to win the Points Championship in 2010. Nelson has also benefited from SoreMouth Tackle. The money he saved has lightened the sting in the wallet from a typical fishing season.
